Superdraws
EuroMillions Superdraws are special events in which the EuroMillions jackpot is boosted to a huge sum, usually between €100 million & €130 million, regardless of whether or not the top prize was won in the preceding draw.
These jackpot events take place a few times a year and have offered huge jackpots! If no player wins the jackpot, the top prize rolls over to the following draw and it continues to roll over until it is won or reaches the jackpot cap (currently at €250 million).
The next EuroMillions SuperDraw will be the 3rd SuperDraw of the year: the date has been officially confirmed – it will offer €130 million on June 7, 2024.
It is worth mentioning that EuroMillions Superdraws are responsible for creating some of the biggest lottery winners in Europe! It’s main competitors are now the EuroJackpot and the EuroDreams lottery.
Raffles
EuroMillions raffles are additional games that offer players another chance at winning a massive prize without even needing to match the lottery’s winning numbers. EuroMillions raffles are included in the ticket price for players in certain countries, such as Spain or Austria.
EuroMillions raffles have different names and different formats depending on the country where you purchase your EuroMillions ticket, but they all require players to match a unique code that is automatically generated on their tickets.
EuroMillions raffles have guaranteed winners in every draw and the prizes can range from £1 million to €25 million.
EuroMillions jackpot vs other pan-European lotteries
EuroMillions and EuroJackpot are both multi-national European lotteries. They offer some of the largest jackpots in Europe. However, they have some differences in terms of jackpot size, odds, price, draw time, and participant countries.
EuroMillions vs EuroDreams
There is a new multi-national European lottery on the market: EuroDreams. So how does EuroMillions compare to EuroDreams?
Well, the main difference between the 2 is the way winners can collect the jackpot. With the EuroMillions, the jackpot is paid out in a single lump sum payment, however, with EuroDreams, the jackpot is paid out as an annuity.

In this section, you can find the 10 latest EuroMillions results. The results show the five main numbers and two Lucky Stars that are needed to win the jackpot with the corresponding date.
How to check your EuroMillions ticket
It’s quite simple: matching the entire winning combination means you won the jackpot. If some of the numbers match, you need to check how many of the main numbers and/or of the Lucky Stars (additional numbers) match and check in our prize section above.
We should mention that:
- you cannot swap the main numbers and the Lucky Stars because they are drawn from different sets of numbers. Make sure to check the main numbers and then the Lucky Stars.
- the order of the numbers on your ticket does not matter. You win as long as you have them on your ticket, regardless of the sequence!
EuroMillions FAQ
The EuroMillions draws take place every Tuesday and Friday night in Paris, France. The draw time is 20:45 CEST.
You win EuroMillions jackpot by matching all 7 numbers (5 main numbers + both Lucky Stars). You cam also win one of the secondary prizes by matching some of the numbers only.
The odds of winning the actual jackpot are 1 in 139,838,160. However, there are also 12 other prize tiers, bringing your overall chances of winning a prize to 1 in 13.
When the EuroMillions jackpot reaches the maximum of €250 million, it is capped and cannot increase any further. It can stay at the cap for four more draws, but if there is still no winner in the fifth draw, the jackpot must be won. This means that if no one matches all the numbers, on the 5th draw, the jackpot is shared among the winners of the next prize tier.
